What is the core of the URBNx PRO made of? We use a premium MPP + EPP Foam Core. This specific blend is engineered to absorb vibration, expand the sweet spot edge-to-edge, and give you the perfect balance of baseline power and kitchen-line reset control.
What is the meaning behind the "x" and the MT5:5 inscription? Every detail on the URBNx has a purpose. The "x" is a profound tribute to the Lost Tribes of Africa, honoring our unnamed ancestors and symbolizing ultimate resilience. The MT5:5 inscription represents the core concept of Power. 📦 Pre-Orders & Shipping
When will my pre-order ship? The official launch is locked in. All pre-orders for the URBNx PRO Pickleball Paddle and the Bag MAXX will begin shipping directly from our Houston, TX warehouse on April 23rd.
When is my credit card charged for a pre-order? To secure your gear in this first limited drop, your payment method is charged immediately at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes. The moment your order is boxed and handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link to follow your gear all the way to your door.
What happens if I order in-stock apparel with my pre-order paddle? To keep our shipping efficient, any in-stock items (like our polos, quarter-zips, or hats) purchased in the same cart as a pre-order item will be held and shipped together on April 23rd. If you want your apparel to arrive earlier, please place a separate order!
